John went into work late this morning, so I decided to go out and run outside. Sadly, I never realized that the sun comes up around 6:00. :o) NICE! I might try to run outside more often now that the weather's nice. I didn't do too good... I forget how different it is to run outside than on a treadmill. But it was nice to be outside. I did get home to a nice surprise... Carson had woken up white as a ghost. He ended up throwing up just before I walked in the door. Today is going to be a really FUN day. :o) At least I got in a run.
