I stink... literally! :o) I need a shower! It was a good run though. A really beautiful morning to be outside. A little windy, but not too bad. Not much else to say... I noticed my 2nd wind again... about mile 7. That's a good feeling. I hope I catch it next weekend. :o) My friend gave me her old GPS... I LOVED IT!! It was cool to see how fast I was going and haw far I had gone while I was out... instead of guessing and figuring it out on Google Maps when I got home. I says I ran about a 12.2 minute mile... pretty good.
10 miles ~ 2 hours ~ ?? calories... but lots I hope! :o)
