I was going to swim on Tuesday morning, but with not falling asleep until 1, then Carson's growing pains, then John's snoring, I couldn't get myself out of bed. So I go up this morning and went to the pool. Again, it felt good to get moving. I kept watching the people run by on the track upstairs and I'll admit, I was a little jealous. But, I'm glad I went. I'm so wiped out right now...swimming really takes your energy. I don't know how the High School kids work out and then go to school...I was in the pool the same time they were, only they stayed longer than I did.
