I can't take any more time off!! That was painful! I didn't run in St. George... and I'm paying for it. I wanted to run the full hour and a half while Carson was at pre-school, but some animal got to one of our chickens. Excuses, excuses... I think the chicken will be fine, but it shaved off 45 minutes of time I needed. Oh well. Those 3 miles were pitiful... but I got them in. No more excuses... even though I LOVE to give them out. :o) I've got to get faster!!
Positive note: the sun was BEAUTIFUL today. I may have gotten a little color on my shoulders! :o)
