Just got back from a 3.75 miles run/walk with Gracen on the bike. It actually worked out pretty good!! :o) She's a good little rider. I wore my florescent Sketchers today... I'm liking them, I just need to get used to them. They just totally work different muscles. My time today was nothing to brag about... in fact Gracen and I walked and talked a lot of the time. I was just happy Gracen came with me and got some exercise. :o)
