Ohhh... I HURT! My calves are on FIRE!! Thanks to my friend, I was able to go without Carson, which made it a lot easier. :o) It was a nice morning... I did realize that I need new shoes. It's like I'm running on bald tires. Oh well, one more race and I'll start breaking in new ones.
