UEA Fun!

We had SO much fun up at the Donaldson's cabin. We were suppose to go to St. George, but John's boss made him work Thursday and Friday... so we decided to go somewhere close.

We got to the cabin pretty late Friday night, so the kids watched a movie and then we herded them off to bed. The adults stayed up WAY too late... and wished we could have slept in the next morning. In the morning the kids could hardly wait to just be together. Gracen and Hadley spent most of the morning coloring and playing together.
Carson and Hagen on the other hand... headed straight for trouble. Here they are throwing ashes yelling "CONFETTI!"
Later that morning we went on a BEAUTIFUL hike... Nobblet Creek. It was easy and the kids loved stopping to throw rocks in the creek.

Carson actually hiked the whole way... which he NEVER does. :o)
Maybe it was all the bribing be did to get Carson to finish.
Check out those dirty hands! :o)
 Here's the whole group...
Gracen just collected rocks and leaves the whole hike. She was a good little hiker too.
After the hike we went up to Smith-Morehouse to throw rocks and eat lunch. Chip bought some sling-shots. He and John were like 2 kids seeing who could send the rocks out farther.

While Sara made dinner... John and Chip took the kids for a ride on the 4 wheelers.
We're TOTALLY sold on getting a cabin... anyone want to go in on it with us?
After dinner another movie to settle the kids down...

These girls are so cute together.
Chip taught the girls how to play Foosball. I don't think they stopped playing until we left.
Another trip to Smith-Morehouse for more rock throwing and sling-shot practice. Can you tell what I did?
The sun felt WONDERFUL!
As usual Gracen wanted to get into the water. Instead of her falling in and getting her pants wet, she decided to take them off...
 ...so did Hadley...
...and Carson. Hagen just went in with pants on.

Quick "ride" on the snowmobile while the parents cleaned. Doesn't Gracen look thrilled that she's not driving?
We had such a nice RELAXING time... good company too.  :o) Now to do the laundry...
