I had a nice chat with my neighbor who is a Physical Therapist...I was talking about shin splints why they seem to be getting worse, blah, blah, blah... My neighbor took a look at my shoes... the guy at Sports Authority lied to me! He led me astray! I feel so betrayed! I really thought he knew what he was talking about! I'm not an over pronator... I'm a supinator... or an under pronator. No wonder my legs aren't getting better. I've been wearing the wrong shoes for a year and a half! Aaarrrggghhh! Now I get to go drop some more cash on another pair of shoes. :oP All for the love of running.
