3.5 Miles

I went to the Rec Center again this morning with every intention to walk and swim...but I just couldn't bring myself to get into the pool. So I just walked on the treadmill. I did run a little today, but I didn't want to over-do it. It was nice, running again. I wouldn't say that I love it, but I do enjoy it.  :o) That's it for me...
