Brooke and I ran Saturday morning into Alpine and back home. It was BEAUTIFUL!! And it was even more enjoyable running with Brooke. I'm a runner/walker... Brooke is a RUNNER!! I kept telling her she was a machine... SHE WAS!! I like to run fast for a while and then walk to catch my breath... Brooke just kept a steady pace, where she could breath easy, and ran the entire 5 miles. We took turns passing each other along the way. :o) I need to take her advice and pace myself. I'd be able to run more if I did. Thanks for the run Brookie!!
