And yes I put the .7 after the 5 miles... IT'S A NEW RECORD!! I only walked maybe 4 times my whole run!! I'd like to thank all those who were cheering for me this morning (the 2 cute girls from church waiting for the bus) and those who were just waiting for me to get home (apparently I can't win... John decided to leave to work at 6:30 this morning). I couldn't have done it without you! :o) A special thanks to Brooke for the advice to run only as fast as you can breath comfortably. SO I DID!! YEA ME!! Too bad John was waiting for me... I think I could have gone further. At least another .3 miles. :o)
